How do I get started?
Create a free account and verify your email. Your store starts on the Starter plan at no cost — add products and use POS right away. When you need more products, reports, or team features, upgrade to Star or Galaxy from the Subscription page in your dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
International payments: credit/debit cards (Stripe) or PayPal. Bangladeshi payments: bKash, Nagad, Upay, cards, and more via EPS. We never save your card or wallet on our servers — each payment is handled securely at checkout by our payment providers.
Do you save my card or payment details?
No. StoreInvo does not store your card number, PayPal account, or mobile-wallet details. When you pay, you are redirected to Stripe, PayPal, or EPS to complete the transaction. We only record that your subscription was paid and when it expires.
Will StoreInvo charge me automatically when my plan expires?
No — never. We do not auto-renew and we do not auto-deduct from your card or account. You pay only when you choose to renew or upgrade. There are no surprise charges.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your plan stays active until the expiry date shown in Dashboard → Subscription. After that date, paid features for that plan stop until you renew. Your store data remains safe — sign in, open Subscription, pick your plan and duration, and pay again to extend access. You can renew before or after expiry.
How does billing work — is it pay-as-you-go?
Yes. Each payment covers the plan and duration you select (e.g. 1 month, 1 year). The total shown at checkout is a one-time charge for that period — no hidden fees. When the period ends, simply return to Dashboard → Subscription to pay again. You stay in full control of every payment.
Can I use StoreInvo for restaurants, retail shops, supershops, and electric stores?
Yes. StoreInvo supports all four types. Restaurants get tables and kitchen tickets. Retail shops get size/color variants, barcodes, and alterations tracking. Supershops get expiry tracking and barcode POS. Electric stores get warranty, serials, and repairs.
How do I manage inventory and low-stock alerts?
Go to Products and Stock. Add products with SKU, barcode, and quantity. Set low-stock thresholds to get alerts when items need restocking.
How do I generate and print invoices?
After completing a sale in the POS, you can generate a PDF invoice. Invoices include your logo, QR code, and full transaction details. Print or share invoice directly to customer email or social messengers.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure authentication, and regular backups. Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant providers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Because we do not auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel in the traditional sense — you simply choose not to renew when your current period ends. You keep full access until your expiry date. We do not offer refunds for unused time on a period you have already paid for.
What subscription plans are available?
Starter is free and includes core POS, orders, invoices, and suppliers (with plan limits). Star adds stock, reports, barcodes, and team sub-accounts. Galaxy includes unlimited daily transactions, employee payroll, service cards, and multi-branch management. Compare plans on the pricing page or in Dashboard → Subscription.
How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Sign in and open Dashboard → Subscription. Choose Star or Galaxy, select how long you want (1 month up to 5 years — longer terms include discounts), and pay via card, PayPal, or EPS (Bangladesh). Each payment is one-time for that period; when it expires, return here to renew. You can upgrade or switch plans anytime.
